Thousands of Seattle LASIK patients choose LASIK Eye Centers to have their laser eye surgery because of our experience, our leading edge technology and our affordable LASIK price.

In Canada, the LASIK price is considerably less expensive than prices in Washington State and the United States because of Canada's socialized health care program as well as the current favorable exchange rate on the Canadian dollar.

Leading edge technology has enabled Canadian LASIK doctors to offer a number of advanced surgical options that are not readily available in the United States. Technology and the affordable LASIK price make LASIK Eye Centers the obvious choice for vision correction procedures.
Canadian laser eye centers are generally 1 to 2 years ahead of those clinics in Washington State and the
United States because of slower FDA approvals of equipment and procedures.  LASIK Eye Centers is able to provide this leading edge technology to our Seattle LASIK patients such as the "New" B&L Z100 laser and Iris Recognition.

Our
LASIK Center is committed to providing great value for LASIK surgery both in terms of surgical fees and patient care, to all of our Seattle LASIK patients.  All services are quoted in Canadian funds.

Beginning 23 January 2007, EVERYONE traveling by AIR between the United States and Canada will be required to present a valid passport, air NEXUS card, or U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Document.

As early as 1 January 2008 and no later than 1 June 2009, EVERYONE traveling between the United States and Canada by LAND or SEA (including cruises and ferries) may be required to present a valid passport or other documents as determined from the Department of Homeland Security. No exact date is yet set, but the land and sea requirements will be implemented at the same time. According to the proposed plan for land and sea (including cruises and ferries), these travelers may also have an option to use The Passport Card (PASS Card). Currently under development, The Passport Card would allow travelers between the U.S. and Canada to cross borders using a low-cost, limited-use card that can easily fit into a wallet. For more information, please visit the U.S. Department of State "New Requirements for Travelers" Web page or download the Travel Industry Association of America (TIA) WHTI Fact Sheet.
