LASIK Eye Centers prides itself on delivering the highest quality care to ensure your best possible outcomes, at a reasonable price and great value.  The price below includes all aspects of the procedure, such as the Pre Operative Eye Exam, Post Operative Eye Exams, WAVEFRONT analysis for both eyes, a Life-Time Re-Treatment Warranty, your initial supplies of drops and medications.

You may choose to pay your surgical fee by:

  • cash or Canadian debit card
  • certified check

    Unfortunately, LASIK Eye Centres is not able to accept 'personal' checks.  Click here for information regarding     financing options or having your laser refractive procedure tax deductible: Canadian guidelines or American guidelines.

    Note: A $300 deposit is required at time of surgical booking - this deposit is refundable for non-candidacy for LASIK or PRK. Balance is required on the day of surgery. All payments can be either VISA, MasterCard, American Express, cash, certified check, Canadian debit card, money order or bank draft, or a combination there of.

    Customized LASIK or PRK  Treatment**

    $2,399 Canadian (Both Eyes)* Prices valid thru September 30, 2010

    This price includes:

    • Topographic and corneal thickness analysis with ORBSCAN
    • Topographic analysis
    • Wavefront analysis with three different analyzers (Pentacam, B&L and Nidek)
    • Refractive testing
    • Complete dilated Ocular evaluation for refractive surgery
    • Patient counseling
    • Repeat refractive testing day-of-surgery
    • 1-to-1 consultation with the surgeon
    • LASIK or PRK surgery for both eyes
    • All initial medications & drops
    • 24-hour post-operative contact with the surgeon
    • Post-Operative care (3-6 visits) at LASIK Eye Centres
    • entire payment (this procedure is non-taxable and tax-deductible, there are NO additional charges for higher prescription or astigmatism)


    What if I need a retreatment or enhancement?

    All retreatments or enhancements are included in the initial surgical fee(excluding medications).

    ** Note: Patients with thin corneas may be subject to a $125/eye CDN surcharge for tissue sparring card for the B&L laser.  Wavefront treatments are an additional $150/eye.
