For residents of Canada and the U.S. - PatientLink
PatientLink is one of North America's premier health plans, designed specifically for the financing of elective health procedures. PatientLink is a confidential, quick, and easy financial solution for your health care needs. For laser vision correction (CAD $2,399), you can get the treatment you want for as low as CAD $53/month over 60 months (or up to $444/month over 6 months).
The Terms
The LASIK price requires a deposit to reserve your surgical booking date. For Canadian patients, the balance of the LASIK price can be financed upon approval from PatientLink with your choice of the following repayment terms: 6, 12, 24, 36, 48, or 60 months at a competitive interest rate of 9.99%.
The LASIK price for U.S. patients using PatientLink includes an 'élan Visa' credit card, offering an introductory interest rate of 5.9% for the first 6 months, and between 8.74% and 14.74% thereafter.
If you choose to pay for the laser eye surgery cost yourself, LASIK Eye Centers requires a deposit in order to reserve your appointment time. We will refund the deposit on the day of your surgery.
How to Proceed
If you pay for the laser eye surgery cost yourself, here are the procedures that must be followed:
- Contact one of our Patient Educators at 1-866-682-4900 or 604-682-4900. We will book your surgical appointment and collect the $ 300 deposit of the LASIK price either through your credit card, certified check, money order or bank draft. Please request a "Credit Application" if you intend to finance your laser eye surgery cost.

A completed credit application form must be faxed to PatientLink at least one week prior to surgery (1-877-778-5465). Alternatively, you may apply over the phone by simply calling PatientLink directly – Toll Free: 1-877-778-5400. You may also apply on the PatientLink website at http://www.patientlinkfinance.com/
- PatientLink will review your credit report and verify the income information you provide.
- You may have to answer a bank inquiry to complete the application process.
- Upon approving the laser eye surgery cost, PatientLink will send you with an application approval notification, along with a bank form.
- For your first visit to LASIK Eye Centers, you will need to bring a void check with the completed bank form, as well as the requested personal identification to complete the LASIK price financial process.
- PatientLink will pay Lasik Eye Centers directly for the laser eye surgery cost being financed. Your monthly loan payments are automatically debited from your checking account.
