CLINIC HOURS
LASIK Eye Centres is normally open Monday to Friday at 9:00 am, with the last appointments at
4:00 pm. The Clinic is closed Sundays and Mondays. If the Monday is a Canadian statutory holiday, the Clinic will be closed on Tuesday.

The toll-free number 1-866-682-4900 is available from both Canada and the United States. The local Vancouver phone number is (604) 682-4900. Our phone lines are available from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time). Any messages left on our answering machine will be returned the next business day.
HOLIDAYS
Canada and the United States enjoy a very special relationship not found between any two other countries in the world. Even though we share many cultural values, each country does observe statutory holidays that the other one does not. To provide a high level of patient care, the Patient Care Call Centre is open most statutory holidays to answer inquiries (exceptions: Christmas and New Years Day).
The Clinic is also open for appointments on many American holidays which may not be observed on the same day in Canada. We also recognize that holidays may also differ among the various states. The Clinic is 'open' the following American holidays:
Martin Luther King Jr. Day (third Monday in January)
Abraham Lincoln's Birthday
President's Day (third Monday in February)
Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
Flag Day
Independence Day (July 4th)
Columbus Day (second Monday in October)
Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November)
The Clinic is closed on Canadian statutory holidays. For patients coming from the United States or other countries, the following Canadian holidays are not observed in the U.S. The Patient Care Call Centre will be open to answer inquiries over the telephone.

Canada Day (July 1st)
BC Day (first Monday in August -- observed in the province of British Columbia)
Thanksgiving (second Monday in October)
** Note: Holidays occuring on a Saturday are observed on the preceding Friday while those on a Sunday on the Monday following.
